Papers published in IEEE Xplore are indexed across major abstracting and indexing (A&I) databases including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Inspec, ensuring maximum international visibility and academic citations.
Peer Review & Quality Mandate
ICATIECE-2027 operates under strict IEEE peer-review policies. Every submission is rigorously evaluated by at least three independent international experts.
Quality Control Pillars:
- Double-Blind Peer Review: Author identities and reviewer identities are masked throughout evaluation.
- Plagiarism Pre-Screening: Every manuscript is processed through IEEE CrossCheck (iThenticate) before assignment.
- Technical Relevance: Submissions must demonstrate scientific rigor, originality, and substantial novelty within the track themes.
- Author Presentation Requirement: At least one author must present the work in person or online. Non-presented papers are removed from IEEE Xplore distribution.
