Instructions for Authors
Guidelines on manuscript preparation, IEEE formatting standards, ethical policies, and Microsoft CMT submission procedures.
1. Originality & Theme Alignment
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality research papers aligned with conference themes and tracks. Manuscripts must not be under review elsewhere.
2. IEEE Double-Column Template Format
Manuscripts must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE two-column conference format (US Letter, 10pt font, Times New Roman/LaTeX IEEEtran). The maximum page length is 6 pages including figures, tables, and references.
3. Plagiarism & CrossCheck Screening
All submitted drafts will be pre-screened using IEEE CrossCheck (iThenticate). Manuscripts with significant overlap or dual submission violations will be immediately rejected without review.
4. Presentation Mandate & Exclusion Policy
The conference reserves the right to exclude a paper from post-conference distribution (including exclusion from IEEE Xplore archival) if the paper is not presented in person or designated online track by an authorized author.
5. IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer (eCF)
Upon acceptance notification, corresponding authors are required to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form prior to camera-ready manuscript submission.
Submission Checklist
- Paper prepared in standard IEEE double-column format
- All author names & affiliations correctly listed on CMT
- Abstract length under 250 words
- High-resolution vector figures & diagrams
- No page numbers or running headers in draft PDF
